Can I order after the school year has started?

Yes - you can order anytime during the school year. Back issues are available online on our website if you choose to use them.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, we acccept VISA, MC, AMEX and Discover through PayPal. Please mail, fax or e-mail your order indicating a billing e-mail address and we will send you an online invoice that guides you through the online credit card payment proceedure. Please note you must submit your order form first and wait for us to send you an e-mail invoice. You cannot pre-pay by credit card, however, you can start receiving your issues while you are waiting for your online invoice.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Absolutely - in fact most of our orders are submitted as purchase orders by school districts. Orders receieved before the start of the new year are billed on or around August 15 with a 45-day net and orders thereafter are billed upon receipt with a 30-day net.

How do I log on to get the online PDFs?

When your order has been confirmed, you will be sent a login for the website to access the weekly PDFs online. If you are a former print subscriber and have not yet sent us an e-mail address, you need to do so to get a login (we need an e-mail address to setup an online account). Once you have your login ID and password, just look for the login area in the left margin on our homepage www.keypublications.com and login.

Why didn't I get this week's issue by e-mail?

Chances are your network administrator installed a new spam block that blocked your weekly PDF. E-mail issues go out every Wednesday afternoon by about 5pm Pacific Time. If you DID NOT receive your PDF of FOCUS on the NEWS by that time, please contact us and we will try sending it again. AND please check with your network administrator to let him/her know that our e-mails should be on the 'approved senders list'.
